What is a Sensor and what is an Actuator?
Hello, I have bought a house that has a free@home installation and I'm trying to understand how does it all work. I'm exploring the web interface of the home automation and I have noticed that each switch has a Sensor (rocker) and a Actuator. What is exactly the difference between them? From what I see I can choose which light to turn on using the sensor but the Actuator seems to be hardwired?
Question number 2. I have this kind of device that is not mapped to anything. Does anyone know what is the purpose of it?
